1)Pay and Compensation is very less 2)Cannot expect Carrer growth 3)Onsite opportunity is not there 4)Micromanagement by the leads and managers 5)No recognition 6)Most of the projects works on legacy/old system 7)Process of project life cycle is very bad,no streamined process 8)Most of the employees are freshers,people move out after a year or two becuase of the work environment
