Career path document says something and in reality happens to be different. Company is more interested in money than their real assets - Employees HR team is like a broadcaster, none of the words from employees are considered, sad to say this. Transport facility needs to be addressed. Bias treatment and favourisms. Technical skills are the last thing they will see in you when working for a project New ideas for betterment are ignored.
