Experienced people are not required here. They have a python like strategy for experienced once they realize you are become beyond 9 years of exp, they start overloading you with additional responsibilities.. like 15 projects, 50 resources to handle. They keep upgrading your role but not salary or designation. It is like the python squeeze, finally you get frustrated and quite. They never fire, thy do this. Once you complete 3 years just quit, as your time here is over. This is a floating Platform, come learn and go. If you stay, you get squeezed and management also want this. All power with leadership. The VP decides how much hike a S/w engg should get. Even CHU had has no powers. Many HR VPs cam and the moment they try to bring a positive pro employee change, they are fired. Except old timers leadership, no one stays here. All new leadership can only come under not above. If you are less than 6-7 years please join and leave after 3 years tio make the most of it and it will be enjoyable to both you and management.
