Space here is not sufficient. It's not the revenge or expressing the disappointment but just a help that we can do for someone who is planning to build career. 1. Brainless ops team.. they think questioning is greatest work and get big hikes and promotions for questioning others work and keep poking nose in every bit 2. CEO is just namesake, not interested to know what is happening on the ground. He is being misled by spineless heads and projecting wrong data 3. COO is very keen on doing basic most data and considers as greatest achievement and pats his back. His eyes, mouth and everything else is influenced by biz ops team only - unfortunately for wrong reasons. 4. Outdated, redundant projects which they consider as rocket science work and hire top class people to screw their careers 5. No strong HR function, all mediocre and non performers (who were thrown out in the industry) were hired only to please the brainless heads and move from worst to pathetic
