No encouragement for good ideas Belief in only some old timers Gut feel of top management is final. Not data driven Use and throw mind set of top management. Employees are asset till they are billable and forgotten once they are non billable Would strongly advice not to join this company at all levels!!! Company failing in strategy. Unable to get new customers Top management looks really busy but no improvements in growth Top management does not understand what it takes to build a IT services company Very few opportunities that everyone jumps on Very short sighted in plans and goals Only loud mouths are considered as good
