      Good culture, interesting work (though it can vary depending on the role).

      Cons

      Not much downside. If I was to have a criticism, it would be that at times it can feel more like an insurance company's asset management department than an asset management company based on the pace of work.

      A ton of opportunity for exposure to sophisticated investment strategies. Several Wall Street vets that are very approachable and are excellent resources for helping you early in your career.

      Cons

      Pay seems below market rate. The exposure you get is up to you. Like at most firms, you should be networking to make sure exciting work lands on your desk.
