      Pros

      Salaries are better in comparison to other oil service companies. Support departments are hardworking and you can count on them. Macae base is complete and well organized. No discrimination, and equal rights for everyone.

      Cons

      There are not negative points. Maybe for some people could be too many trainings but for me I think it is necessary.
