      Best work life balance. Free food.

      Cons

      There are lots of worst things are there. First promotion and salary growth is 0. Even your efforts and so much of contributions, only people who are managers favourite will get hike and promotion on time. The whole IT field is going on the basis of favouritism. Never acknowledged fresh mind and new ideas.
