      - Immense diversity of projects - High visibility to O&G producers (SLB employees often become employees of their previous clients) - International exposure - The wealth of knowledge gained within the industry is unmeasurable

      Cons

      - Work/life is a real challenge - One needs to be on top of its career evolution to make it happen - The initial motto "People, Technology, Profit" is unfortunately being challenged on the 2 first aspects since the last few years
