      The company has a great inclusion culture and diversity values. Everyone has equal chances and trust is earned based on performance. The benefits package includes profit sharing, access to discounted company stocks as well as medical and pension schemes.

      Cons

      Fast paced and very demanding environment where employees are expected to be available outside working hours occasionally when needed.
