Pros
Excellent benefits and vacation time. Great company if you get under the right management
Cons
If you get under the wrong management they will over work you with on call schedules and question why are you taking vacation time along with I don't have any coverage for you. This same management will blacklist you from SLB as do not rehire, even though you put a formal 2 weeks notice in and were a solid employee. HR will allow it and take a shot at your integrity, because they won't give you a proper answer to the situation. So be cautious and you interview them, don't let them interview you.
