Pros
If you want to travel and experience remote locations as well as different cultures, then this job is for you. The pay is pretty decent for recent grads. They offer a pretty good benefits package.
Cons
As I said before the pay is pretty good for a recent grad, but during the training period (3 years) you wont have a life. Work schedules are 24/7 on call. You could work 120 hours or more in one week with no over time pay because you are on salary. You're life basically revolves around the company with no time to enjoy the money you are making. You work schedule is pretty simple for the first 10 months of training, 24/7 on call with no days off, unless you ask your manger for one and he/she feels like you deserve it.
