      Pros

      Multiple opportunities for freshers. They might offer you a lesser compensation than other companies but the work life balance and the culture are super worth it. They give amazing food in office bf, lunch, snacks and even dinner. You start getting bonus after 1 year exp. The seniors are super chill and laid back. The stack of the company is diverse and you have to be lucky with this.

      Cons

      Some teams work on technologies which are not hot in the industry.
