      Pros

      The benefits are great and if you are on the 'fast track' it is a great place to work. They have fun activities for the employees and offer discounts to various venues around the city.

      Cons

      They pay poorly - it is not competitive to the market. They do not reward for educational accomplishments if it ties into your current list of responsibilities within your current position.
