Good company to get de-stress, when u come from company where u worked a lot - Lead Engineer SLB Employee Review

SLB PITC got lot of white elephants. This means the employees who are working with slb for 15+ years & they are used to do vendor management. 99% of senior employees do a coordinator/follow up job that creates to much pressure on new guys (in last 4 years) if u want to work, else vendor. I managed a team and raised concerned about few practice which were not required and was costly (billing wise) to the company. But managers were not ready and asked to stay out of it. So it is like a "Yes sir" company. If u give opinion you are called trouble maker.
