Pros
Great career option inside the company. It's a big company that will withstand longer than the smaller ones in the same segment.
Cons
Because of the big chain of command, things might take a while to go through and get approved and it's up to you to constantly follow it up, pushing all the way to the end if want to see it running. You also might not be aware of a different department developing similar product.
