      Pros

      First of All , it's a schlumberger company , smith bits run operations in a lot of countries around the world ...for me it's aplce to work & learn.

      Cons

      the work rotation is very very bad , 6 weeks per 2 or 3 weeks, sometimes we worke for 10 weeks in the desert without vacation .
