Pros
Good promotion prospects - if you work hard. Compensation is good. Dual careers - Schlumberger will try but they wont always succeed. International travel is outstanding. Challenges of working overseas is life changing. Colleagues become friends. Benefits are good especially the international staff pension plan Technologies! Best in the oilfield.
Cons
Dual careers - Schlumberger don't always get it right, can come across as blasé and uncaring. I could leave the Company over this one. Stress! A very stressful job - sleepness nights and I mean, lots of sleepness nights.
