      Pros

      lot of training. Good career exposure. Nice colleague and tons of travelling opp. Awards and recognition are great motivations.

      Cons

      Burreacracy. Most of the people are not flexible enough. Red tape is pretty serious, politics are every where. Just need to learn to be low profile.
