Pros
Motivated people. Great work environment offshore. Being away from home can be hard, but they give you enough time at home during your time off and that helps.
Cons
Promotion structure involves jumping through the right hoops. Promotions are based on completng the training modules, and, while the training is somewhat useful, job experience is not really taken into account.
