Horrible Supervisors - Anonymous employee SL Start Employee Review

Supervisors for the Children's program are horrible at the position they are in. Their communication between staff is next to none, they don't maintain repairs for the houses they supervise, they tell staff it's ok to sleep on shift but then will bust staff for sleeping, they will break into homes to complete night checks instead of knocking on the door frightening the clients and staff, they won't show up to their scheduled shifts on time to relief prior staff, favors certain staff over others, all they care about is how their paperwork looks instead of the quality of which the houses should look, never answers on-call phone when they are on, and will lie to staff to make themselves look better.
