There is a lot to say on this.. 1st of all OT(over time ) is mandatory in this company.They will provide 55/- for every hour of OT. In standing position only u have to do the work for 12 hours for boys and 10 hours for girls(if needed they were also work for 12 hours). There is a big communication problem with the line leaders(Majorly).They dont know even english also.But those people having 3yrs of experience i dnt know how they became Line leaders.They will give high priority to tamil people only. This company has 2 shifts only i.e 8am to 8pm(morning shift) and 8pm to 8am(night shift). Another big problem was salary. They will provide Salary on day basis.If any holidays come in a month company wont provide salary to that day.Hardly u will get 16k per month if no holiday come at that month and u worked 12hrs on every day. The best thing is reject the job. This company is suited for those people doesn't have any goals and no need for any development.
