Not that I can think of

Work Life balance in my group. No micromanaging and no screaming within my group. My group's management is even tempered and seem to care about employees. Summer Fridays and August Fridays off. Nice holiday parties. Discount for cafe downstairs. Complimentary exercise classes at Equinox downstairs and free snacks.

Only one day a month work from home. Little flexibility with that. No chance of advancement in my department. Some politics. High turn over in accounting. Preferential treatment for some employees over others by the department head.
