Lack of organization. Even their office space is like that Low pay. They want to squeeze every drop out of you while paying the least possible Managers with ego issues and self inflated worth. Lack of proper documentation and engineering processes. What matters is making that extra 2-3k$ contract even if it will make things harder for everyone else in the future Lack of transparency and complete chaotic environment The company has a history of scandals and lawsuits
