      Pros

      independent work environment, actually no one cares what you are doing!!

      Cons

      unreliable for any long term plan, too many turnover of staff(nearly 12% yearly!) Lack of leadership at higher management, with no vision since the company is selling basically mostly trade materials from other suppliers. Lack of onboarding and infield training. Lack of product management, unliked by many clients for lack of after sales-service.

      Pros

      Strong economy, big R&D budget, world leader in the field, good leadership, owners are very engaged and supporting. Best products and high very quality on own production. You will feel welcome immediately as employee as well as a customer.

      Cons

      Its size CAN be a hindrance for the VERY large projects. The small number of technicians/field engineers makes it difficult to cover worldwide. It keeps cost down, but makes it tough on the few but very good employees.
