      Pros

      The company culture focuses on the development of the employees, and the collaboration between and learning from each other. A healthy work-life balance is actively promoted and you feel valued.

      Cons

      Relative flat hierarchy means it sometimes takes a lot of time to make changes happen or get adopted across the company (which operates globally).

      Fun work environment with relaxed office, work at your own pace generally.

      Cons

      Lots of overhead from those above you, work can be very busy at times and then not busy at all.
