Unethical environment, lathargic employees, selfish managers, no process, no policies, work culture is not good, every project starts from scratch, no learning from the past, bad recruitment, stinky office, no learning and development activities, no growth, people do not find jobs outside after working here, HR processes and policies are bad, bad administration.
