The CEO should be fired! She treats staff very unfair!. She micromanages all her staff. Managers and staff don't last more than a year. They hire anyone that applies because of desperation. If you are going to hire anyone at least make sure you train them well. There is no consistency with managers or staff. If you complain you'll either get a write-up or get fired. I have no idea how the CEO has been able to get away with all the wrongful terminations she has done!
