      Pros

      Small company, outside of Atlanta Perimeter and therefore an easier commute

      Cons

      Pay is poor compared to other tech companies, large employee turn over and that leads to being understaffed and everyone being over worked. CEO is MIA all the time with "travel" as is the rest of management.

      Insurance is amazing, the pto accrual is above average, pay is great, Hr is helpful and polite.

      Can't start work until the incompetent DOD performs a background check (4 months for preliminary approval) Poor onboarding process Lack of documented procedures Working with a highly dysfunctional government agency Lack of work to perform
