Cons
1. Most employees are IN and they dominate BD members in many ways i.e salary, positions, responsibilities and facilities. 2. Yearly salary review, they hear what you say but still will enforce their decision regardless of your score and everything. 3. Every developer MUST know wordpress which is lame, they have huge clients of wordpress which is not the problem, problem is that they don't hire wordpress specialize developers rather force it on others even who don't ever want to work on it. 4. Poor and bad salary increment policy and role/position upgradation 5. They easily sacrifice new talented+skilled employees over less skilled old employees. 6. They get to know your current salary and then offer you with the same salary after completing 4 steps (2 technical interviews and 1 assessment).
