Pros

Some people. Most good ones have left.

Cons

Remaining people, technology, architecture (tech and people), SIX, low salary, HR is a joke, cannot attract or retain good people due to reputation and salary, sinking ship. No revenue and no sign of this changing. Web3 (crypto) is a disaster. Leadership is a joke and the main problem. Blocks everything. No customers…signed one, press release, but all smoke and mirrors. Staking business is dead. One year + in market and not one active customer. Besieged by inept leadership, SIX governance and politics. Process is more important than anything. Platform is dire. Quality, scalability etc is abysmal. Not up to scratch for an FMI. Thankfully they are not and never will be systemically important. Pet project of previous exec at SIX. Now he’s gone, the writing is on the wall. Production incidents occur that shouldn’t. If customers knew the truth they’d be scared. Most people cruising. Taking the money, not doing much, leveraging for future roles.

Pros

SDX is building the future of Financial Market Infrastructure on Blockchain. It is not an easy task considering the internal and external resistance to change as well as the scepticism innovators are always confronted to. So this company is for forward looking AND patient people not afraid of challenges and regular changes. The building of this future is slow with a lot of headwinds, but resolute.

Cons

SDX struggles from reputation challenges (see previous comments) due to ever changing leadership and strategy. Since end 2022, this has changed with a strong leadership team and CEO. More SIX group level alignment would be welcome. It is starting but not yet at the right level. Compensation model too static.
