Good people, work life balance

Salary is good, work-life balance is ok. While the job is not highly interesting or technologically advanced, you are paid well and not pushed around much.

Technologically Sivron is at the low-end of the spectrum, developing simple information systems for simple users. Other than developing complicated SQL for reports, the work is pretty uninteresting and does not include anything even close to cutting-edge tech. Socially you will be surrounded by bankers (system analysts, project managers and QA are all banking industry refugees), which makes for a somewhat stale working environment with little to no like-minded, tech-loving geeks.
