Pros
Young enthusiastic colleagues made the work days easy and fun. Siveco has a lot of money from european funds so they can provide a good salary.
Cons
There was too much bureaucracy and, yet, not a very well organized activity at the bottom level. Instead, work-time supervising procedure makes you feel like working in a prison.
