      Easy work. Various industries work.

      Cons

      No real career advancement or personal development. The company is really small with very limited resources. Training they provided inhouse is just contents from the internet. Management doesn't really care about anything other than number. All feedbacks lost in the void chamber with no real action.

      Weekly pay, good field level people to work with

      Cons

      No experience running large projects. Incredibly disorganized. Unqualified project managers. No accountability from senior management. Field level management likes to pass the buck.
