Pros

Remote contract : The company offers a fully remote contract, which is a genuine advantage for work-life balance. High-quality equipment : The hardware provided (laptop, headset) is excellent and very comfortable for daily work. A strong SEO solution : The product itself is solid and competitive in the SEO market.

Cons

Outdated tools and excessive monitoring: The CRM is entirely in-house and lacks modern functionalities or automation. While it tracks customer activities, it is also used extensively to monitor employee actions in real time. This includes close tracking of all tasks and interactions, leaving little operational freedom. Heavy micromanagement: There is a strong focus on controlling every step of the sales process. Calls are reviewed regularly, and feedback is highly prescriptive. Employees are expected to strictly follow instructions, which limits autonomy and creativity. Challenging communication and work culture: Communication within the company is fragmented and inconsistent. Managers often adopt a passive-aggressive tone when giving feedback, and constructive discussions are rare. Remote workers are noticeably disconnected from office-based colleagues. Support is minimal, and managers tend to avoid open conversations or escalate issues. Many internal rules are communicated verbally only, which creates confusion and makes it difficult to anticipate expectations. Employee turnover is noticeable, with several colleagues leaving the company within a few months. This affects team stability and adds additional workload on remaining staff. Unstable sales compensation and recognition: During my tenure, sales targets and commission structures were modified mid-month due to budget concerns. Targets were adjusted again the following month with little notice. These changes undermine trust and make it difficult for salespeople to plan effectively. Employee efforts are not always recognized, and there is little transparency in how targets and rewards are managed. Lack of training and overloaded management: Managers handle multiple roles simultaneously (IT, HR, Sales), which leads to inefficiencies and delays. No structured training is provided, either for sales techniques or for the product itself. Access to product experts is limited, making it difficult to support clients effectively. Favoritism has also been observed in lead distribution, with no clear criteria, which impacts fairness among team members. There is no clear career path or structured development plan within the company, which makes long-term progression difficult to envision. While the product and remote contract are strong positives, the internal work culture, management style, and operational inefficiencies make it difficult to succeed or feel valued in the long term.

Pros

NOTHING. Negativity affects every interaction. Instead of support, there’s hostility and blame, creating a cycle of cynicism. This environment discourages open communication, leaving everyone feeling frustrated and hopeless.

Cons

Disorganization is a big issue at the company. Managers don't communicate well and each has their own way of doing things, which creates confusion. The training for new employees is also too short and not effective. When I asked for help, the answers I got were unclear and not useful. I've noticed a lack of respect and understanding from management toward employees. Their approach is unprofessional and shows no empathy. The pay is very low compared to what the company expects from its workers. If the company wants to keep employees motivated and committed, it needs to improve its financial recognition of their efforts. I do not recommend Sistrix to anyone looking for a job. My experience has been very disappointing.

Pros

Mein Team.
