      Pros

      Good work life balance (Some still suffer). If you obey your manger (whatever he says) ;) things will be wonderful for you. Work is purely on Core Java

      Cons

      Bad pay scale. No Career path. Only Old managers are left which wants to retain their supremacy on any cost. Managers only care to save their jobs (they really need to ;)). So much negativity , micro-management of each and every employee.

      Pros

      SISLare obviously that they will hire you when you have been struggling to get a job elsewhere they do have accommodations. The food isn't five star but it's a meal and you can get on your feet in a short period of time if that's your goal.

      Cons

      The cons? Wow. When they are busy they will not give you the time off that you need for your own well-being. At least not in my case I worked everyday six or seven days a week 11 hours a day for two full Summers and was not allowed to take time off which was badly needed until I quit. Yet others who were seasonal for granted two or 3 weeks time off and they were not even full time year round employees
