      good work life balance. so-so salary

      no career path every year new structural change which ultimately proves nothing other than to give a way to new change leadership missing all burdened and junk managers are left with organization unresponsive HR self centered managers who only cares to save thier jobs no motivation for work rathe i would say there are no works so no motivation Above are the reasons for SISPL take over by atos origin(SISPL separated from SISL) CMT leftover of SISL are worst ,only 50 employees in india that too consists of managers. Juniors have already left or thinking of leaving.

      Pros

      SISLare obviously that they will hire you when you have been struggling to get a job elsewhere they do have accommodations. The food isn't five star but it's a meal and you can get on your feet in a short period of time if that's your goal.

      Cons

      The cons? Wow. When they are busy they will not give you the time off that you need for your own well-being. At least not in my case I worked everyday six or seven days a week 11 hours a day for two full Summers and was not allowed to take time off which was badly needed until I quit. Yet others who were seasonal for granted two or 3 weeks time off and they were not even full time year round employees
