Everything is cons in this company I am sharing my honest experience regarding Sisgain and KVCH companies. These companies do not treat employees as employees; they seem to want laborers who work for them like robots. There are no proper rules, regulations, or HR policies. Employees do not get holidays during festivals, nor do they receive any insurance benefits, yet deductions are made from their salaries. I would like to share an incident that happened to me personally: when I had an accident, the company did not provide any support and mentally pressured me. I was forced to submit my resignation. I just want to say that anyone considering joining this company should read my honest experience so that no one else has to face the same problems I did. That is why I am sharing this with you.
