Pros

They recently were bought by RDI and RDI has improved SIRS some what. We get raises now and didnt before, we get vacation pay and payed holidays..

Cons

Team Leaders are under trained and they should promote more within the company instead of out side the company... They are quick to punish or suspend you for something, with out even giving you a warning first. But never reward you for doing good. The bath room stinks all the time and looks as if never cleaned. people wipe poop on the walls. They keep hiring to many under age kids and can not control them. This still goes on even after RDI bought SIRS

Pros

Everyone is really nice and willing to help you out if you are confused about something which helps out in the beginning. It's also a really laid back place to work, becasue you get to read or do homework during your shift. You also get to pick when you want to work with a raise every 3 months for the first 6 months.

Cons

All shifts are only 4.5 hours long so unless you want to work weekend shifts also, don't expect to get too many hours in.

Pros

The only benefit was they paid more than the average fast food place. Some of the supervisors above me were friendly.

Cons

They did not appreciate their employees in any way shape or form. I worked there for two and a half years and was given only one raise. Everyone from my original training class was either promoted to a supervisor or had quit within the time. I asked for a promotion multiple times and their reasoning for not promoting me was because I was in high school. This was a blatant lie to my face because I went to school with 3 or 4 of my supervisors.
