I believe in the vision of the company which is to provide preventative care to reduce hospital admissions and the overall cost of medical care as a whole. We are rebuilding our team through training and restructure, to evolve ourselves, to be able to provide the HIGHEST quality of care.
Cons
We are currently improving our reputation with Phone time holds by creating a call center improvement team. So far we have been able to improve call metrics to only have, at the most, one missed call per day. Now we are focusing on the quality of the call and how to better support our patients. The end result will end of with better communication and better collaboration between patients and their providers in regards to their plan.
