      Pros

      Fun place to work. Culture is great too. Thorough onboarding and training. Best of all is the uncapped commission. The company is growing hand over fist so a lot of room for growth. Unlimited Earning Potentials/ Opportunity to work autonomously but w/ support from team and company. The office is a lot of fun. Lots of music playing, people are talking, very casual and laidback culture. You can dress casually which is always a plus.

      Cons

      Would prefer all the Sales team working from the same office. Just like everything with a great upside, there are many challenges. Must be a disciplined self-starter who can take information/direction and run with it to figure things out on their own. Must be able to sustain a level of work ethic over time and believe that the daily grind will produce results eventually. But other than that, love working here.

      Pros

      The office culture is extremely rare, there is a real sense of community and a fun energy about this place that you don't see often in this industry. The support from leadership is extremely refreshing and they truly do have an "open door" policy where you can come to them with anything. The unlimited PTO policy has garnered such a bad rep but this company really got it right, they tell you that they put their people first and they mean it. The growth is impressive and SIO has positioned itself to become a leader in the industry by adhering to their belief that if they take care of their people then their people will take care of their customers. After over 20 years in logistics I feel like I have finally found my "work home".

      Seemed like a slightly above average turnover rate, but really nothing bad here
