      Thought this would be a great position to share my experience.

      Cons

      Technicians are treated as replaceable cogs in the machine. EVERYONE is on edge. Walking on eggshells, stress, and anxiety. The senior leadership team is by far the worst I have ever seen. They talk about work/life balance but give us 100% work and no balance. It's all a circus, don't waste your time.

      Open communication is encouraged here, as the company fosters a culture of continuous learning and positivity. Seeing many senior managers who have worked their way up from the bottom serves as an inspiration for me to strive for success.

      Sudden changes in schedules can be a problem and disrupt normal workflow.
