      - Small team. Agile and focused. - Polite, friendly team.

      Cons

      - Unrealistic expectations from the owner. - Performing the job of Account Manager, Operations and Infrastructure Support, Project Manager, and Sales. - I can write a book on the job duties and expectations that are laid at your feet by Day 7 and none of them include technical ability/aptitude.

      Pros

      -Felt supported to use my own descretion in helping management and coworkers with tickets. -Owner was very flexible with accomodating certain tasks that could be done remotely, which I needed at the time. -IRA matching option and health insurance, if fulltime.

      -Some meetings could probably have been emails
