Cons
1. Effort and performance are rewarded primarily with stock options instead of raises. Silvus is a privately held startup, and I think they currently re-invest any profit back into the company by hiring more people and developing new products. 2. Silvus expects a lot of work out of their employees. Sometimes it's long hours, and sometimes it's doing the work of two people at once. It's not really in line with the compensation they provide.
