      The work is not demanding.

      Cons

      A very negative work environment. Little to no support from senior management. Was told entire team would get a negative performance review so Director could 'make his numbers' and get a bonus

      I learned a lot and had space to research on topics that were of my interest, in addition to the ones required by the office. The team is great.
