      Salary and perks & benefits are at par with RBI and NABARD. Job security being govt organisation

      Cons

      Work culture is pathetic. No growth as promotion are rare thing here Learning stops after sometime as desk rotation rarely happens. work pressure is high No stability in terms of place as transfers are frequent.
