SICPA is a European company, and as you already know most Europeans are cheap. They want to spend the least amount of money and get the most. SICPA is so cheap they are using Visual Studio Community Edition for Enterprise level software development.

When it comes to software development, SICPA does not know what its doing. The CIO is an absolute joke. Infrastructure team is composed of a bunch of losers who have created job security for themselves by fooling the CIO into giving into their every demand of creating barriers in every corner and spot of the company's systems thus ensuring that if the company hires anyone from outside that person no matter how good will be unable to decipher what these infrastructure clowns have put together. Overall, when it comes to software development, SICPA lacks the infrastructure and tools needed for software development. This company will fail in their software development endeavours and rightfully so, when a company like SICPA can't ensure that it's developers have the tools and hardware they need, what else can they expect?
