Pros

Good benefits Lots of training available Profit sharing into 401k. Less likely to lay you off and during the pandemic cut everyone's pay instead of laying off a select few. If you have the right manager it can be a great place to work. Working on DEI initiatives but they don't trickle down to the level it should.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. Minimal raises (up to 3%) so it doesn't pay off to stay long term. Instruct you to misrepresent your hours and supervisors/managers will even "correct" your logged time. Metric driven and encourage you to do admin hours outside or normal business hours (weekends and evenings). Favoritism over experience for promotions. Don't live up to written culture (SICK Way). Don't follow the written policies.

Good work life balance, reliable co workers, and quality products

Cons

Pay could be better. Not as much merit-based incentive/reward structure as many other tech/engineering companies

Pros

Good benefits and the non-executives are good people. You’ll learn a lot in a couple of years so you won’t be bored.

Cons

Non-agile company. Internal processes keep changing/adding up making it the most non-efficient company I’ve worked for. Marching orders coming from Germany and they keep removing support engineers as they want more sales people.
