Pros

The location is decent and the technology stack had potential.

Cons

Workflows were a nightmare- tools didn't integrate, documentation was outdate, nd everything felt patched together last minute. There was zero interest in employee input or technical improvements, no matter how obvious the problem was. Leadership played favorites, which made collaboration toxic and unproductive. I spent more time explaining the same issues than actually doing meaningful QA work

Pros

Interesting product to work on.

Cons

Micromanaging, they say its hybrid but pressure for full onsite work, sometimes the office doesnt even have enough space or chairs for everyone to work but you are expected to come anyway. Cameras everywhere(especially pointing to the break areas!) makes the employees feel there is very low trust, if you want to go outside to get some air or smoke you have to punch the card, no exceptions. Hours have to be followed down to the minutes, but your hour registry is not openly shared with you so you are in the dark and have to keep your own time. i could go on.
