Incredibly disorganized, poor time management as a company, empty promises were given to encourage you to work longer hours with no compensation.

Where do I start.... Pay scale is unrealistic, sales reps make ridiculous money doing nothing but creating problems for customer service and social media teams. the executives fired more than 65% of the team including original staff and great talent because they couldn't afford the salaries. But the athletes like Mr Swoll benefit by doing the bare minimum since the company has real staff now. They found a way to hurt employees with tax season in which they retained more money making it almost impossible for us to receive any money back from a standard salary on a W-2 and taxed us high in our checks bi weekly for "benefits".
